About Chris

I have been active in the footwear and soft-goods industry since beginning my career in retail sales at The Alpine Shop in St. Louis, Missouri, at age 20. Since then, I have held leadership roles across product development, operations, sales, and executive sales management, including extensive international travel throughout Asia for sourcing and development. I have successfully launched, managed, and grown licensed brand programs across footwear, hosiery, leather goods, homewares, and accessories.

I am a results-driven sales executive with a proven track record of managing high-volume retail programs in the footwear, apparel, and accessories sectors, while also overseeing multiple brands within the independent retail channel. Over the course of my career, I have expanded market share for established brands, introduced new product categories, and successfully launched entirely new brands across diverse channels including Outdoor, Hunt/Fish, Department Store, Ski/Snowboard, Specialty Grocery, Sporting Goods, and Specialty Apparel.

I have also built and led high-performing sales organizations, recruiting, training, and managing both in-house sales teams and independent agencies to serve these markets effectively. My experience spans both branded and private label programs, and I currently oversee both within my organization.

Ultimately, my focus is on driving sustainable revenue growth while building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with retail partners and brand stakeholders.
